Please confirm that you have the 38 spline count before purchase. 
(Based on HPR,s experience with many N57 BMW 8HP transmissions, it is highly likely that you have the weak 38 spline if you transmission was made in between 2011 and 2014.
We have also seen them in a few 2015 models.)

Vehicles with ZF8HP70 transmissions utilize an “E” hub that is made from weak, cast A380 aluminum. This material is no match for the high torque generated in these applications.
