Advanced Features of the Latest Head Design

This innovative head design, crafted from lightweight aluminium, is engineered for optimal performance with a combustion chamber volume of 72cc and a raised intake runner volume of 235cc (raised by 0.225″). The intake port dimensions of 2.031″ by 1.572″ and exhaust port dimensions of 1.620″ by 1.502″ facilitate effective airflow, crucial for high-performance applications.

Featuring intake and exhaust valve sizes of 2.100″ and 1.650″, this design provides excellent flow characteristics, as evidenced by the flow data measured at 28″ (CFM). The intake flow peaks at 302 CFM, highlighting its capability to enhance engine efficiency. Additional attributes include a standard valve length, a canted valve angle, and durable manganese bronze valve guides. To ensure proper installation, the PPS1010-5 is required to block threaded water holes at the end of the head, ensuring reliability and functionality in demanding environments.
