This head design features a lightweight aluminium construction that prioritizes performance and efficiency. With a combustion chamber volume of 68cc and an intake runner volume of 205cc, it optimizes airflow for enhanced combustion. The intake port size measures 2.080″ by 1.470″, while the exhaust port dimensions are 1.620″ by 1.510″, ensuring effective air exchange vital for high-performance applications.

Equipped with intake and exhaust valves sized at 2.100″ and 1.650″, this design delivers impressive flow characteristics, as highlighted by the flow data recorded at 28″ (CFM). The peak intake flow reaches 303 CFM, making it an excellent choice for performance enthusiasts. Additional specifications include a standard valve length, a canted valve angle, and durable manganese bronze valve guides. Note that the PPS1010-5 is required to block threaded water holes at the end of the head, adding to the design’s reliability and efficiency.
