The Athena Cut Ring Racing Head Gasket is developed through continuous research and development to meet the ever-increasing demands for higher performance, maximum sealing, and resistance to extreme thermal and mechanical stress typical of motorsports and drag racing. With a thickness of 1.60 mm and a bore diameter of 87.00 mm, this gasket is designed for high-pressure engine applications.

Key Features

Cut Ring Technology: Combines excellent high-pressure sealing with separate recessed rings, known as Cooper Rings, eliminating the need for irreversible engine block modifications for ring seats.

Reinforced Motorgasket Body: A steel core covered with two layers of asbestos-free aramid fibre, developed by Athena’s R&D department, providing excellent thermal and mechanical resistance while maintaining perfect adaptability to cylinder head and block mating surfaces.

Silicone Beading: Applied to critical sealing areas such as oil and coolant passages to ensure maximum sealing reliability in all operating conditions.
